There are many products that use additives to achieve zero sugar and zero calories,
but they cannot serve as food for beneficial microorganisms in our body.
Yoghurt Run's sugar content has been low since its initial release, and it uses fructooligosaccharides,
which are composed of dietary fiber, to achieve natural sweetness and lower calories.
It is also a certified children's preferred food product, rich in vitamin B₂ and calcium,
making it an excellent nutritional snack for children.
