This website refuses unauthorized collection of posted email addresses using email collection programs or other technical devices. Violators may be subject to penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Anyone who collects, sells, distributes email addresses without authorization using technical devices or uses them may be fined up to ₩10 million under Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

- No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
- No one shall use email addresses prohibited from being collected, sold, or distributed under paragraphs 1 and 2 for transmitting information.
- No one shall collect email addresses from websites using automated programs or other technical devices without prior consent from the website operator or administrator.
