Pink Festival for Breast Cancer Awareness — Running with Yogurt RUN!

In front of the Yogurt RUN booth at the event venue, participants gathered even before the event began.

Shinangchon Foods, a company leading healthy food culture, participated as a sponsor in the “2024 Pink Festival” held on October 13 at Yongsan Park in Seoul.

Various SNS-based events drew enthusiastic attention from participants.

The Pink Festival is an annual event held as part of the “Pink Ribbon Campaign,” jointly organized by the Korea Breast Cancer Foundation, Korean Cancer Association, and the Korean Breast Cancer Society. Its goal is to raise awareness about breast cancer and emphasize the importance of early detection. This year’s event featured a 3km group run, various fitness programs, and breast health education sessions provided by the Breast Cancer Society and Seoul National University Hospital.

Shinangchon, now in its third year sponsoring the Pink Festival since 2022, introduced its Yogurt RUN at its booth, a product that supports gut health.

Yogurt RUN contains both prebiotics and probiotics, along with vitamin B2 and calcium. It has acquired HACCP certification and a “Children’s Preferred Food” quality label. Despite being low in calories and sugar, it offers a sweet yet clean flavor thanks to an optimized fermentation process — earning praise from consumers as a yogurt that balances both taste and health.

At this year’s festival, Shinangchon also hosted events through Instagram and Kakao Channel, successfully attracting new customers, securing subscription deliveries, and boosting brand promotion. Visitors to the Yogurt RUN booth shared enthusiastic reactions such as:
“Wow! I really love Yogurt RUN!”
“I’m so happy to see my favorite yogurt here!”
“I’m thrilled I won the Shinangchon mini soy sauce in the giveaway!”

Participants of the 2024 Pink Festival are running the 3km group marathon course.

A Shinangchon representative stated, “We’re delighted to introduce Yogurt Run, a product made with our customers’ health in mind, at the Pink Festival,” and added, “We will continue to support health-sharing campaigns and strive to meet more consumers through participation in various events.”
