Tofu strictly produced through sterilization and cooling processes to maintain freshness is transported at an appropriate temperature.

temperature control maintained until delivery.
For the freshness of tofu,
it is moved to a refrigerated warehouse
below 5°C and fresh tofu is
delivered nationwide daily.
PROCESS
All processes are equipped and
systematized to be automated.
The soybeans are soaked in first-grade
natural bedrock water.
Finely ground and then steamed.
Natural coagulants are added
to form the tofu shape.
Firm tofu is completed
with the pressure of the press.
The completed tofu is cut
into various sizes and placed
in containers.
Conveyed and automatically packaged.
Sterilized and cooled through
a sterilization cooler.

Products are selected through primary
and secondary inspections.
