  • What is eco-friendly fiber lyocell?

    Accordion toggle

Lyocell is considered eco-friendly because it is made from eucalyptus tree fibers.
Lyocell is a sustainable fiber produced from natural raw materials using environmentally friendly methods, and since it biodegrades naturally, it is an ideal choice for those concerned about the environment.

This fabric features a silk-like softness, absorbency comparable to cotton, durability as strong as polyester, good moisture-wicking properties, wrinkle resistance, and can be machine washed.

  • I received the product as a gift, but the size is a bit small. Can I exchange it?

Especially for products purchased at discount stores, exchanges must be made directly at the place of purchase, and you will need to bring the receipt. All exchanges must be completed within one week of purchase.

Therefore, gifting them as a set is generally considered more formal and thoughtful.

    Accordion toggle

Bra sizing is recommended to follow the standards set by the Korean Standards Association (KSA). In May 1999, a new KS standard was introduced to reflect the changing body shapes of women in Korea.

SANC underwear follows the KS standard guidelines.

  • Why should underwear be hand-washed?

    Accordion toggle

Hand washing helps prevent damage to the product and minimizes color fading and staining.
It is recommended to maintain the durability of the product so that it can be worn like new for a long time.

  • How should I wash underwear?

    Accordion toggle

For women’s bras that contain underwire, washing them in a washing machine with other items may cause damage.
Therefore, it is best to soak them in water with a neutral detergent and gently hand wash them to avoid deformation and maintain their shape.

If machine washing is necessary, place them in a laundry net, use a neutral detergent, and wash on a gentle cycle with lukewarm water.
Since underwear comes into contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly several times to ensure no detergent residue remains.
