Generally, consuming Yoghurt Run daily after meals can be beneficial for health, and you may drink more than one bottle at any time according to your preference.

How should it be stored and what is the expiration date?

For refrigerated items like yoghurt and tofu, you should store them in the refrigerator immediately after receipt.
Products manufactured on the day of the order or within one day of the order date are shipped.
The consumption expiration date for Yoghurt Run and tofu is the date indicated on the product.

What makes Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce different?

Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce is SANC’s signature fermented soy sauce, crafted by fermenting soybeans and wheat over an extended period.

It delivers a rich flavor and aroma encompassing all five basic tastes—sweetness, sourness, bitterness, saltiness, and umami—characteristic of naturally fermented soy sauces.

We use honey to achieve a smooth, umami-rich flavor.

Yoghurt Run, certified as a children’s food product, is safely produced to ensure consumers receive it in the best condition without contamination, by manufacturing its own dairy product containers.

We are also committed to carbon reduction by using 100% recyclable transparent PET material.

What does Non-GMO soybeans mean?

Non-GMO refers to ingredients that do not contain genetically modified organisms.
GMO refers to genetically modified foods, and may potentially disrupt the ecological balance of plant life.

Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce and Sengmyongmul Tofu are made using 100% non-GMO soybeans that have passed more than 100 quality tests.

How often is the subscription delivered, and can I choose the delivery time?

Delivery frequency for subscriptions varies depending on the method chosen by the customer.
If you choose weekly delivery, it will be delivered once a week; if biweekly, once every two weeks, with the order quantity delivered accordingly.

Delivery times cannot be specified for subscriptions as deliveries are made via courier service.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service’s circumstances in each region.

You can order online at SANC Mall, and you can also visit the Sinangchon store to check and purchase directly.
(※ Please note that some stores may not carry certain products, so it is advisable to contact the store in advance to confirm.)

Can I order the products online?

Yes, the products can be purchased from SANC Mall.
To ensure freshness, it is shipped in an ice box with ice packs via Korea Post.

Orders are dispatched the day after order placement (excluding Saturdays) and generally arrive within two days.
Please refrigerate the product immediately upon receipt.

  • How is probiotic yoghurt beneficial for the body?

    Probiotics are microorganisms that produce lactic acid while breaking down carbohydrates such as glucose or lactose.
    They break down proteins without causing spoilage.

    They do not produce harmful substances in the body and help activate beneficial microorganisms in the intestines, promoting for health.

    Probiotics suppress the growth of pathogens and spoilage bacteria that cause intestinal diseases, diarrhea, abdominal bloating, and indigestion, contributing to a cleaner intestinal environment.

    The organic acids produced by probiotics lower intestinal pH, and especially acetic acid from bifidobacteria inhibits other bacteria more effectively than lactic acid.

  • Is probiotic yoghurt effective for osteoporosis?

    When blood calcium levels drop, calcium stored in bones or teeth is released into the bloodstream, decreasing bone density and weakening bones.

    Fermented dairy products, made from milk, (a complete nutrient food), are fermented to increase absorbability into the human body.
    By consuming fermented dairy products, you absorb the complete nutrition of milk in addition to probiotic benefits, which can help with calcium deficiency and osteoporosis.

    Calcium also supports blood clotting, hormone secretion, cell division, immune function, nerve and muscle regulation, and heart function.

  • I washed the rayon blanket in cold water, but it shrank significantly.

  • I can’t digest dairy products well—will yoghurt still be okay?

  • Why do I get diarrhea after drinking yoghurt?

    However, in sensitive individuals, consuming cold foods may lead to diarrhea, or it may occur temporarily for those new to fermented dairy products.

    In such cases, try consuming smaller amounts multiple times to allow for an adaptation period.

  • How much yoghurt should I consume per day?

    There are no specific regulations on how much yogurt one should consume daily.
    Consuming yoghurt once does not have a lasting effect; Consistent daily consumption is important.
    It is generally said that 400g to 500g per day supports health.

    However, like milk, yoghurt is nutrient-dense, so please take note of its calories.

  • Can I heat up the yoghurt before drinking it?

    Some people wonder if heating yogurt before eating is okay, and yes, it is possible.

    However, this is under the condition that you eat it immediately after heating.
    If yoghurt is left at temperatures between 25-40℃ for an extended period, probiotic activity increases, resulting in stronger acidity.
    Excessive heating causes separation, and probiotics die if the temperature exceeds 50°C.

  • Why should underwear be hand-washed?

    Hand washing helps prevent damage to the product and minimizes color fading and staining.
    It is recommended to maintain the durability of the product so that it can be worn like new for a long time.

  • Can I eat yoghurt frozen?

    Yes, it is okay to eat it frozen.
    Freezing yoghurt does not affect the effectiveness of the probiotics.

    Probiotics enter a dormant state at temperatures as low as -60℃.
    When frozen, probiotics become temporarily inactive but reactive upon thawing.

    However, please note that repeated freezing and thawing may destroy some probiotics.
    There is no exact expiration date for frozen yoghurt, but it is recommended to consume it by the expiration date if possible.

    You may consume it slightly beyond the expiration date, but it is advisable to eat it as soon as possible.

  • Are no preservatives used at all?
