Generally, consuming Yoghurt Run daily after meals can be beneficial for health, and you may drink more than one bottle at any time according to your preference.

How should it be stored and what is the expiration date?

For refrigerated items like yoghurt and tofu, you should store them in the refrigerator immediately after receipt.
Products manufactured on the day of the order or within one day of the order date are shipped.
The consumption expiration date for Yoghurt Run and tofu is the date indicated on the product.

What makes Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce different?

Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce is SANC’s signature fermented soy sauce, crafted by fermenting soybeans and wheat over an extended period.

It delivers a rich flavor and aroma encompassing all five basic tastes—sweetness, sourness, bitterness, saltiness, and umami—characteristic of naturally fermented soy sauces.

We use honey to achieve a smooth, umami-rich flavor.

Yes. Sengmyongmul Tofu and Mini Tofu, made from domestic soybeans, are ready-to-eat raw tofu products, convenient as a light meal replacement.

What does Non-GMO soybeans mean?

Non-GMO refers to ingredients that do not contain genetically modified organisms.
GMO refers to genetically modified foods, and may potentially disrupt the ecological balance of plant life.

Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce and Sengmyongmul Tofu are made using 100% non-GMO soybeans that have passed more than 100 quality tests.

How often is the subscription delivered, and can I choose the delivery time?

Delivery frequency for subscriptions varies depending on the method chosen by the customer.
If you choose weekly delivery, it will be delivered once a week; if biweekly, once every two weeks, with the order quantity delivered accordingly.

Delivery times cannot be specified for subscriptions as deliveries are made via courier service.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service’s circumstances in each region.

You can order online at SANC Mall, and you can also visit the Sinangchon store to check and purchase directly.

Can I order the products online?

Yes, the products can be purchased from SANC Mall.
To ensure freshness, it is shipped in an ice box with ice packs via Korea Post.

Orders are dispatched the day after order placement (excluding Saturdays) and generally arrive within two days.
Please refrigerate the product immediately upon receipt.

  • The tofu hasn’t spoiled even after a week. Were any other additives used?

    Sengmyongmul Tofu does not contain added preservatives.
    As a delicate product, tofu typically spoils after being left at room temperature for several days, and during warmer seasons, it may spoil even before the expiration date if distribution conditions are poorly managed.

    Despite its sensitivity, Sengmyongmul Tofu can maintain a shelf life of up to six days without preservatives.
    This is made possible by the use of sterile-grade drinking water (first-class groundwater), carefully selected and refined ingredients, hygienic production facilities, and heat treatment technology that minimizes the intrusion of microorganisms during manufacturing.

    However, if any of these conditions are not properly controlled, the tofu can spoil quickly.
    Conversely, when all conditions are well maintained, the tofu may remain fresh even beyond the six-day shelf life.

  • What is the reason the taste of soy sauce is different from before? (Differences between Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce and Fermented Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce)

    The previousSengmyongmul Soy Sauce was a blended soy sauce, but the current Fermented Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce is a premium soy sauce with a TN index of over 1.5%, naturally aged for over 6 months using natural bedrock water.

    It is a 100% fermented soy sauce, renowned for its rich aroma and flavor due to the harmonious fermentation of high-quality yeast strains.

  • What causes the container to swell? Is the product defective?

    Soy sauce and glucose syrup are fermented products. To protect nutrients, sterilization is not performed; instead, pasteurization is used.
    The beneficial microorganisms that remain can produce carbon dioxide (CO2) due to exposure to the surrounding environment and air, which may cause the containers to swell.

    However, there is no nutrient degradation, and it is completely safe for consumption.

  • It is normal for the soy sauce have such a dark color?

    Soy sauce color is often adjusted for specific uses—lighter for soups, darker for stir-fries.
    Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce maintains a balanced medium color, making it versatile for a wide range of dishes.

  • How should I wash underwear?

    For women’s bras that contain underwire, washing them in a washing machine with other items may cause damage.
    Therefore, it is best to soak them in water with a neutral detergent and gently hand wash them to avoid deformation and maintain their shape.

    If machine washing is necessary, place them in a laundry net, use a neutral detergent, and wash on a gentle cycle with lukewarm water.
    Since underwear comes into contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly several times to ensure no detergent residue remains.

  • The soy sauce appears dark in color.

    Currently, each company adjusts the color of soy sauce according to cooking methods, making soup soy sauce lighter and soy sauce for braising or grilling darker, depending on the intended use.

    However, Sengmyongmul Soy Sauce is a versatile product, so it fundamentally maintains a medium-level color.

  • Why does the color of soy sauce darken over time?

    The change in the color of soy sauce is a natural phenomenon, similar to aging, that occurs as fermentation and aging progress.
    The browning of soy sauce occurs due to the formation of brown melanoidins, which result from a reaction between amino acids (derived from proteins) and sugars (derived from carbohydrates).

    This natural process causes the soy sauce to transition from a pale yellow to a slightly darker yellow that stimulates the palate, and eventually to a rich brown color.
    To delay this browning, it is best to minimize air exposure and store the soy sauce in the refrigerator.

    Doing so not only helps suppress color change but also helps preserve various nutrients and beneficial components that contribute to health by maintaining a lower temperature over time.

  • Is it safe to eat browned soy sauce?

    Compared to products from other companies, it may become slightly darker over time due to the higher concentration of extracts present.
    However, as previously explained, there are no nutritional issues, so it is completely safe to consume.

  • What are the methods to prevent browning?

    Avoid direct sunlight during transportation and storage, and keep it in a cool place.
    After use, be sure to close the cap tightly, and store it in the refrigerator after opening, if possible.

  • Can the tofu be used directly out of the packaging, or does it need to be rinsed?

    The water used in the packaging meets hygienic drinking water standards, so you can use the tofu immediately after discarding the water.

    However, to ensure maximum freshness, we recommend rinsing the tofu 1–2 times under running water before use, as some nutrients and beneficial microorganisms may develop naturally during distribution.
